Dr Wayne Beilby joined the Board of PMG as a Non-Executive Independent Director in September 2017. With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, he brings extensive management and governance experience.
Wayne holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Southern Cross University in New South Wales, a Bachelor of Law from the University of Otago, and a Bachelor of Arts at Victoria University. He also has a specialised Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and risk from Deakin University in Melbourne.
His experience includes professional appointments such as Chairman, Company Secretary, Director and Chief Executive for several companies across New Zealand and overseas, including NZX, PNGX and ASX listed companies and local government entities.
Wayne is Managing Director of Pacific Advisory Services, a company which provides governance, and risk and asset management advice to its clients. Nigel joined PMG as its Chief Financial Officer in August 2016 after 13 years at KPMG, where he led a team in the Private Enterprise division, advising a wide range of small to medium businesses on compliance and business transactions. During his tenure, Nigel played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial reporting, compliance and strategic property acquisitions.
Under his leadership, PMG became one of the few unlisted property funds managers to secure a Managed Investment Scheme Licence from the Financial Markets Authority (FMA). He also led PMG’s compliance efforts in relation to AML regulations and public investment oversight. In 2021, Nigel was named SME Finance Leader of the Year at the CFO Awards in recognition of his contributions to the industry.
After stepping down as CFO in 2024, Nigel transitioned to a governance role and now serves on the PMG Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and the Board of the PMG Charitable Trust. His deep financial expertise and regulatory experience provides valuable oversight and strategic direction to PMG.

James Beale joined the Board of PMG as a Director in July 2022. James is a Founding Partner of Oriens Capital Limited, a private equity funds management business based in Tauranga.
He has worked in NZ financial markets businesses for over 25 years, and his experience includes investment analysis and research, capital markets advisory, including managing initial public offerings (IPOs), investment advisory and funds management.
James is a member of the Institute of Directors and currently sits on the boards of Oriens’ portfolio companies Rockit Global, Retirement Income Group and IVS Group.
He Chairs the Audit and Risk Committee for Rockit Global, the Investment Advisory Committee for Acorn Foundation, the Oriens Capital Investment Committee and is also a member of the Investment Committee of New Zealand Cricket.

Prior to her public sector work at Tauranga City Council as General Manager of People and Engagement, Susan managed New Zealand's largest shopping centre, Sylvia Park. Alongside this role, she led the human resources team, at parent company, Kiwi Property. Additionally, Susan has also been at the people and culture helm for several reputable New Zealand businesses including Colmar Brunton, TVNZ and Lion Nathan.

Daniel’s role is to lead the acquisition of new investment opportunities across PMG’s funds, as well as project manage the repositioning of specific assets.
Daniel is a real estate professional with over 22 years of experience in asset and project management, commercial leasing and structured property finance. A previous Director and Head of Tenant Representation for Jones Lang LaSalle, Daniel represented tenants including Microsoft, IBM, Unisys and the New Zealand Government.
Prior to returning to New Zealand in 2010, Daniel partnered with a London based investment bank to form Danube Property Funds I and II, where he acquired and managed a commercial office portfolio across eastern Europe. Upon returning to Auckland, Daniel formed his own property and project management business, which was later merged with PMG in 2015.

Tina is a highly experienced marketing and communications leader, with over 15 years' experience in the field.
Before joining PMG, Tina was at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where she was the Head of Marketing and Communications for New Zealand. Prior to this, Tina led communications at Barfoot & Thompson, and managed Australasian marketing for Bartercard.
Tina brings considerable commercial property experience, having managed marketing and communications for Cushman & Wakefield Singapore. On a personal note, Tina has a passion for charitable work, and has worked with New Zealand based children's charity, Barnados for many years, while volunteering her marketing skillset abroad to human-rights organisation, EmancipAsia.

After working alongside the team for several years, Mike formally joined PMG in January 2020 as Commercial Manager before becoming Fund Manager in October 2021. In March 2025, he officially joined PMG’s Executive Leadership team as General Manager Funds and has been instrumental in managing our growing portfolio of commercial property investment products. Striving for operational excellence and high performance, he has a breadth of financial and commercial management acumen that complements his focus on fund strategy, investment decision-making, and risk management.
His diverse background, interests and skill set are built on a strong academic and professional foundation. As Head of Transactions, Steve is currently focused on identifying commercial property acquisition opportunities for PMG and its funds throughout New Zealand. He also leads the strategic divestment of PMG’s existing assets.
A property professional for 34 years since completing his UK property degree in 1989, Steve worked in central London for seven years managing property owned by the UK’s two largest land owners (The Church Commissioners for England and The Crown Estate). He emigrated to in New Zealand in 1998 and was quickly employed by New Zealand’s largest listed property company at that time, Kiwi Income Property Trust (now Kiwi Property Group), initially as an Asset Manager and later moving into the role of National Commercial Leasing Manager.
Steve has been part of the PMG team since October 2013, firstly as an external consultant through his own commercial property consultancy business before coming on board full time in September 2017.

Luke joined PMG in October 2021 as a contractor before transitioning to a full-time role in October 2022. Initially working as a Property Analyst, he moved into the Investments team in February 2024 as an Investments Analyst, and now Investments Manager.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Economics, from Victoria University of Wellington, and he became a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charter holder in 2019.
With nine years of experience in traditional and alternative investment management, Luke’s career includes roles at Nikko Asset Management and Milford Asset Management in New Zealand, and at the global hedge fund, Man Group, in London.
Luke’s responsibilities include assisting with the investment decision-making process, from initial scoping through to settlement. His responsibilities include collating research material and feasibility studies, conducting detailed financial modelling, and leading a robust due diligence process.

At PMG, Bridget’s role is to develop and lead a supportive and effective people (Human Resources) function within PMG’s growing business. Bridget is also responsible for PMG’s overall reputation and voice in the market, providing communications and marketing advice to the executive team and implementing public relations and communication initiatives for all PMG’s stakeholders.
Bridget has over 20 years of experience in corporate and marketing communications and public relations both in NZ and abroad. Throughout her career, Bridget has developed and implemented the communications and marketing strategies for financial services firms Visa, Sovereign/AIA NZ, ASB and ANZ. While working for global energy firm BP in London, Bridget was instrumental in providing communications counsel to senior executives around large company restructuring, redundancies, legal and health and safety issues, and Black Swan crisis communications.
Bridget holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in marketing from Otago University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in public relations and communications from Auckland University of Technology

Liz Gibbs joins the PMG Charitable Trust as a Special Trustee. As the Head of Philanthropy at Perpetual Guardian, New Zealand's leading trust company which manages 600 charitable trusts, and a Director of Givealittle. Liz brings international development sector experience, commercial and fundraising acumen and sound governance practice to the PMG Charitable Trust Board.

Jamie joined PMG in 2019 and is responsible for leading the PMG’s Property Function covering a portfolio of $900m of commercial property located throughout NZ.
Jamie is an experienced senior executive with significant experience across a wide variety of industries from large corporates to owning and operating small to medium businesses. He is passionate about developing long-term customer relationships, leadership and continual business improvement.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Jamie brings a strong commercial focus to his work.

Lauren is a commercial property professional with over 20 years of retail and commercial property management and leasing experience. She has a passion for retail development and strategic planning.
Before joining PMG and moving from Western Australia, Lauren spent five years at Perth Airport's commercial division in two consecutive roles as a Retail Development Manager and a Property & Leasing Manager looking after a mix of commercial and industrial assets.

Matthew is a digital pioneer with a career that spans the evolution of the internet. Starting out by developing some of New Zealand's earliest websites, Matthew soon became known for creating sophisticated web applications for some of New Zealand's biggest players and various international companies - working for top agencies as well as contracting directly.
After more than a decade as a senior software developer, Matthew transitioned into the realm of digital product management, focusing on aligning technology with business outcomes and delivering value. This journey led to senior leadership, where he now works to bring up new talent and contribute with strategic governance and digital innovation.

With over two decades in business and 10 years specialising in funds management and commercial real estate, Scott is the driving force behind PMG’s innovative strategy.
He honed his leadership skills in the banking sector, both in New Zealand and the UK, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Management from Lincoln University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Waikato University.
As Director and CEO of PMG, he utilises his expertise in strategy, people leadership and culture to successfully lead the team. In addition, Scott is a board member of Priority One (Tauranga’s economic development agency), a founding board member of the Urban Taskforce for Tauranga, a principal founding Trustee for PMG Charitable Trust, founding Director of Forsite (technology business), and recently served as Vice-President of the BOP Property Council.

Having worked in organisations like Hewlett Packard and Westpac, alongside managing a portfolio of multiple commercial buildings, Simi has developed a robust Facilities Management system at PMG. She takes pride in her interpersonal skills, managing long-lasting relationships with her clients, team members and service providers.
After completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration at Massey University, Simi worked in various roles in Auckland before realising her strong passion for Facilities Management.
Simi won the title of Facilities Manager of the Year in 2020, as awarded by the Facilities Management Association of New Zealand (FMANZ).

Massimo is PMG’s Facilities Manager for our properties in Wellington and Christchurch. His role in implementing our Environmental, Social, and Governance efforts, along with his contributions as a health and safety liaison, have established him as a versatile and impactful leader in facilities management. He was awarded Emerging Facilities Manager of the Year at the 2023 FMANZ awards.
Massimo holds a MFMANZ certification, a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland. His prior experience at Bayleys as Assistant Property Manager and Compliance Manager adds depth to his profile.
Massimo's zeal for continuous learning is evident in his active participation in FMANZ events, webinars, and private training sessions with experts.

Celia is well-known to PMG having contracted to the company in various property management and administration roles prior to coming on board in a permanent capacity.
